BROOKE GREENHILL - CREATIVE PRODUCER

Trained at Arts Ed in London, Brooke began her professional theatre career at just 14 years old. Her early years saw her performing in over eleven pantomimes across the UK, as well as in acclaimed productions including Buddy, Oh What a Night, Hair, Honk, A Chorus Line, and Pippin, both on land and at sea working alongside some of the industry's finest directors and creatives.

With more than 15 years' experience in theatre education, Brooke has nurtured young talent across the UK, developing original plays, coaching performance skills, and fostering a love for the stage in children and young adults.

After relocating to South Africa, Brooke founded Elegant Experience in 2011, a dynamic creative agency specialising in live entertainment, immersive experiences, and bespoke event productions. Under her leadership, the company has delivered high-impact performances and conceptual designs for clients including Momentum, Liberty, FNB, Nedbank, SACAA, the SA Reserve Bank, and SAGF. From large-scale opening ceremonies and themed corporate galas to digital productions and experiential brand activations, Brooke continues to push creative boundaries, blending theatrical storytelling with modern audience engagement.

Brooke has expanded her creative portfolio to include immersive performance direction, themed event design, and creative consulting for major brands, ensuring each project balances artistry, innovation, and audience connection.

CLINTON HOURQUEBIE - CREATIVE PRODUCER

Clinton is a well-known theatre and eventing practitioner with over 35 years of expertise.

Clinton spent most of his formative professional years designing and directing several theatrical plays and musical theatre events, having earned an honours degree in performance art from AFDA. As a skilled performer himself Clinton has appeared on stage in everything from Grease and The Full Monty to an all-male version of The Pirates of Penzance and occasionally giving a guest appearance in our much celebrated and successful surprise Singing Waiter Act, Arias Anonymous.

For the last 10 years, Clinton has directed and handled innumerable corporate productions at Elegant Experience for clients ranging from the South African banking sector to pharmaceutical businesses and worldwide mining firms as a creative director. He is a sought after and adept live and online show caller and has a knack for determining what content works best for each audience creating memorable experiences for his much loved clients.

ASHLEIGH BLACKBURN - CREATIVE MANAGER

Ashleigh brings over two decades of experience in the field of Interior Design, with a focus on the high-end private residential market and select corporate projects. A creative at heart, she holds a deep and enduring love for design in all its forms, as well as for the expressive arts, from visual and graphic art to writing, performance, and music.

Since joining Elegant Experience in 2022, Ashleigh has flourished within a space that unites her design expertise with her artistic passions. Over the past three years, she has continued to grow and refine these combined skill sets, applying her creative and organisational strengths to deliver thoughtful, cohesive, and beautifully curated experiences in collaboration with her team and clients.

CANDICE NKOSI - EVENT MANAGER

Candice is a dynamic marketing professional with over eight years of experience in the advertising and entertainment industry. Having worked across various agencies, she has honed a sharp eye for creative detail and strategic execution. A proud IMM Graduate School alumna, Candice holds a qualification in Marketing, which laid the foundation for her strategic thinking and brand storytelling expertise.

Since joining Elegant Experience as an Event Manager in 2022, Candice has hit the ground running, approaching every project with precision, creativity, and her signature blend of efficiency and vibrant energy. Currently expanding her skill set, she is pursuing studies in Project Management, strengthening her ability to lead teams, manage complex productions and deliver exceptional client experiences from concept to completion. Beyond marketing, Candice is an accomplished rapper, performer, and writer, deeply passionate about the artistry, lyricism, and ethos of hip-hop. Her love for music transcends genres, reflecting a deep appreciation for diverse sounds and creative expression.

PAUL BUTLER – CREATIVE DIRECTOR

Paul trained at The Arts Educational Schools London, Guildford School of Acting, and Surrey University, before embarking on a successful career in professional theatre. His stage credits include the UK tour and West End production of Calamity Jane, Snow White and the Seven Dwarves (West End), CMC aboard P&O's Aurora, the title role in Robin Hood (Newbury), Prince Charming in Cinderella (Carlisle), and ensemble in Dick Whittington (Llandudno).

With over 15 years of experience in theatre education across the UK, Paul has produced, directed, and choreographed numerous large-scale productions and events, working with young performers and professionals alike. Now based in Cape Town, South Africa, Paul leads Elegant Experience's operations there, bringing his creativity, expertise and passion for performance to every project.
