Leon Gropp

Leon Gropp is a Grammy Award-winning musician and songwriter. He has been in the music industry since 2005, primarily as one half of the internationally acclaimed Guitar duo, CH2, but as a solo artist, he is known for his unique cross-over fusion style of music, combining elements of Classical, Acoustic, Easy- Listening, and even Spanish rhythms, and on occasion performing with various instrumentalists (Saxophone, Violin, Percussion, and so on).
He has collaborated with national and international performers and has received three SAMA awards (South African Music Awards) as well as countless other honours for his contributions to various musical endeavours. He is also involved in several corporate change management programmes that blend music with other Change Intervention techniques.
Together with Change Management and OD Specialist Jaco Bottger, they travel frequently nationally and internationally to inspire and free people in the workplace through their "Discover Your Voice" workshop.
