Pro Strings Plus is a dynamic music ensemble based in Bloemfontein. What began as a traditional string group has organically grown into a versatile collective of highly skilled musicians, many of whom are also active in other professional ensembles. Today, Pro Strings Plus includes violinists, violists, cellists, double bass, guitar, keyboard, saxophone, and vocalists. This diversity allows the ensemble to curate music for virtually any type of event with flexibility and creativity. We often perform at weddings and elegant corporate functions, where each performance is carefully tailored to suit the client’s needs. Instrumentation and music genre range from classical and Spanish music to contemporary, folk, and jazz. The ensemble embraces adventure and is no stranger to travel and unusual performance conditions, having played off-road, in caves, while escaping fires and heavy rain. Pro Strings Plus as a group that brings both professionalism and personality to every performance. Options of solo through to quartet.
