Sandra Kellerman - Caricaturist

She has been drawing caricatures and cartoons for the last 15 years and still can’t believe her good luck in being able to draw for a living.

She loves to emphasize the FUNdamental, out-standing and in-depth qualities in people and life.Over the years she has drawn at all kinds of events, from weddings to huge corporate events. She has worked for almost every big corporate in South Africa and has done a great variety of cartoon work – from cartoon strips to character development to storyboards to graphic facilitation to journey maps to mind mapping cartoons to chaotic vistas…..She enjoys the variety that the work brings and still loves every minute of it.

Hand-drawn caricaturesThese take about 5 minutes per person for head and shoulder, black and white caricatures. If I draw more details like little bodies or use colour, it takes a bit longer.

Digitally drawn caricaturesDigital caricatures have to be printed out or can be sent to guests via e-mail, blue tooth or wifi. Colour digital caricatures take about 7 minutes per person, and black and white, 5 minutes.
