Slade

Born and raised in Johannesburg, South Africa, Slade (real name Sihle Jiyana) is a DJ and all round media personality who is self-driven, focused and dedicated to his craft. His journey as a DJ began a few years ago at a friends party and it evolved into something massive.

Slade’s rise to fame occurred through a video on Twitter which saw him behind the decks at popular Joburg hangout spot, Junk Park. He has performed at every major venue like Tanzania, KONKA, Saint in Cape Town and many more notable venues in South Africa and has also headlined shows in countries such as France and Netherlands.

To date Slade has worked with heavyweights in the music industry such as Young Stunna, Lady Du, and Sir Trill. His journey has been an upward rocket launch.
