Craig recorded the South African and London recordings of the show and played the part for two years in London, before playing Nick Piazza in the UK tour of Fame and then the role of “The Fonz” in the musical Happy Days.
He performed with Sir Cliff Richard at the London Palladium and Sir Paul McCartney at The Buddy Holly Week. He then returned to South Africa to perform in the musical comedy I Love You You’re Perfect Now Change. Craig has received a Vita, Naledi and Dalro award for his work in South Africaand a Green Room Award in Australia. He played Danny Zuko – here in S.A. – in the biggest stadium production of Grease ever staged, before heading back to the UK to play the role of Danny throughout the U.K. and on London’s West End.
More recently he presented another Game Show which was presented on MNET ”Sharpshooter!!” – before playing the lead role of “Mickey” in Ashes to Ashes and now the star of the TV series “SCANDAL” as the businessman Damon.
He is also one of South Africa’s most successful voice-over artists.
