Louise Tatiana has been captivating audiences with her soulful, easy-listening voice since 1998. With a career spanning over two decades, she has performed across Southern Africa and internationally, building a reputation as a versatile and engaging performer. Her musical journey began as a lead vocalist in the vibrant three-piece band Jester, which toured extensively across countries like Botswana, Swaziland, Namibia, Ethiopia, and Zambia. Following this, she spent ten years with the popular band Sister Madly, performing at high-profile corporate and private events throughout South Africa. A career highlight during this time was sharing the stage with renowned South African acts Freshly Ground and Prime Circle at the Simunye Festival in Swaziland.
In 2019, Louise took the international stage once again as part of the acclaimed ABBAZAN show, performing in Hangzhou, China, at the country's celebrated Food Festival. She then joined the two-piece act The Scarlett Cat, which held an international residency contract with Casino Marina, taking her to Mozambique (Beira and Maputo), Malawi, Zambia, and Madagascar—until the global COVID-19 pandemic brought live performances to a halt. Resilient and ever-evolving, Louise now thrives as a solo artist, known for creating warm, relaxed atmospheres with her signature blend of light jazz, soul, pop, and contemporary classics, spanning music from the 1960s to today. In 2024, she performed at the Johannesburg World Food Festival at Emperors Palace, a testament to her enduring presence in the industry. Louise continues to enchant audiences at venues across Johannesburg, including regular performances at Vini’s Restaurant in Bedfordview and other top dining and entertainment spots. Her voice, often described as soothing and unobtrusive, is perfect for settings where ambiance and musical artistry go hand in hand.
