Simiso Radebe

Simiso Radebe is a highly accomplished South African violinist whose dynamic performance style blends classical excellence with contemporary flair. A graduate of the prestigious Royal Academy of Music (University of London), Simiso began his musical journey in Soweto through the renowned Buskaid Soweto String Project, where his exceptional talent was recognised early on. As part of Buskaid, he toured internationally, performing across the United States, Europe, and South America, where he developed a distinctive sound that fuses classical technique with African rhythm and expression. He currently holds the position of First Violinist with the Cape Town Philharmonic Orchestra, following his appointment in 2022.
