The Skylark String Trio - Quartet

The Skylark String Trio and Quartet have been performing together for a number of years. The ensemble started after the members had met at various orchestral performances.

The group consists of a traditional string quartet and trio options (2x violins, viola, cello) or a string trio (2x violins, cello) combination. The quartet performs regularly for various antique shows, weddings, dinners and corporate events.

The individual members of the quartet are all experienced performers in their own right, keeping up orchestral and solo performances where possible. Their repertoire includes a mix of well-known classical and light classical pieces, through to Tangos and light jazz favourites as well as Ragtime numbers.
