Lynette Ntuli is the Founder and CEO of Innate Investment Solutions, a professional services firm that provides property, asset and infrastructure development and management solutions, headquartered in South Africa. She has held executive leadership positions in diverse sectors and sits on the boards and working groups of various listed and unlisted organisations as a non-executive director. Ntuli’s experiences in the commercial built environment over the last 18 years, accompanied by her articulation of incisive insight into responsive socioeconomic models are an asset to holistic development solutions for emerging regions and high growth sectors reliant on infrastructure (Retail. Lynette has been well profiled for her executive positions, amongst them becoming the very first woman in Sub-Saharan Africa to become GM of a multibillion valued, super-regional shopping centre (The Pavilion, 2008). Since then, she has become a multiple industry award recipient, internationally recognised business thought leader and strategist who is passionate about Sustainability (ESG), people-centred governance that embraces inclusive socio- economic development and the transformative power of technology and innovation. Tapping into her experiences and industry insights, Lynette regularly delivers business and technical keynotes and moderates a wide range of regional and international summits, forums and events.
