Keitumetse Lebaka is a seasoned executive and a prominent leader in corporate South Africa, with extensive experience in both the public and private sectors. She "firmly believes that meaningful change begins with self-transformation. Recognized for her impactful leadership, Keitumetse was honored by President Cyril Ramaphosa as one of the two CEOs acknowledged at the Future of HR Awards in 2019



As a trained life coach and mentor, business owner, and MBA graduate, Keitumetse exemplifies transformational leadership and is a committed change-maker. She served as a chairperson of the COVID-19 Adjudication Sport Sector appointed by Minister Nathi Mthethwa, She is Chairperson of the African Leadership and Transformation Foundation, Chairperson of Sports for Social Change Network Africa, Board Member for (SANSA). A member of Gauteng’s Sports & Arts and Culture Council and A Vice Chairperson for the Tshwane School of Business and Society (TSB).



Keitumetse’s passion lies in women’s leadership and empowerment. At CATHSSETA, she initiated a women’s empowerment program that propelled many women into senior roles and board positions within the Tourism and Hospitality sector. Her dedication to the arts industry led to her appointment as the CEO of the Gauteng Film Commission, where she spearheads the development of the sector in South Africa, collaborating closely with small businesses. Beyond her professional achievements, Keitumetse continues to mentor and coach women, fostering their growth and leadership potential.
