Sobae is founded by Thula Ndema and Thato Mbongeni Masondo in 2017. Sobae is artisanal sorbet made with inspired seasonal flavour combinations to combat food waste. We explore unusual, in-season ingredients using veggies, herbs and spices in some of our sorbets.

Team building performance
The team will be creating new sorbets flavours
The team will come up with a name of the sorbets
We will pick the winning team based on the best sorbet combination , the best sorbet/flavour name and the best story.
The team will make sorbets from 3 different fruits, the team will be using the flavours pantry to infuse their sorbets.
The winning team, the sorbet will be featured as SOBAE sorbet of the month on our social platforms and featured in store.
