Rozanne McKenzie is a news anchor, presenter, MC, actress, and voiceover artist based in Johannesburg. She is a studio anchor on the weekly business show on Via, Besigheid Wat Saak Maak and presenter on wellness reality program Kopskuif. She has been a presenter and anchor for live and pre-recorded TV on lifestyle and actuality programmes including Nuusdag, Dagbreek, FLITS, Nation in Conversation / Nasie in Gesprek, Geldhelde and Kwêla.
Rozanne can be heard as the traffic presenter on The Workzone on Jacaranda FM, weekdays from 12-4.Rozanne’s MC and voice-over experience spans over 15 years of working with various local and international corporates, organizations, and brands. She has lent her voice to brands such as Standard Bank, Discovery Health, BMW, MTN, Total, and many more.
Rozanne is a mom of two and enjoys working out and eating cake. Not necessarily in that order. She lives in Weltevreden Park with her husband Chris and their son, James, and daughter, Fallon.
In 2018, Rozanne established her company Rozanne McKenzie Media and their first TV series, Omgee-engele is currently airing on DStv channel Via. Rozanne joined the Nuusdag om 8 on the team as a news anchor in October 2018 for just over a year. She was also an anchor on the live weekly arts and entertainment show Flits on kykNET. Rozanne presented Nasie in Gesprek on kykNET and anchored the English version of the programme Nation in Conversation on Business Day TV and Soweto TV. Until the show ended in early 2015, Rozanne was an anchor on Dagbreek, kykNET’s daily live Afrikaans breakfast show. She worked as a field presenter on the popular Afrikaans magazine show Kwêla for over 5 years.
